Something about Manga artists always giving their characters huge boobs to go with their slender body and tiny shoulders. Never been a fan of it but when a cover was required for an older audience, why not try it for once? Redrawing characters using Illustrator was never easy though in the end it helps you to be more precise with your tools. Mind you when it came to the boobs, we didn’t get the exhilarating feeling that some people experience when drawing boobs. In the end, the tits were left out since I didn’t want to emphasis too much on realism or one particular area.

The results turned out great and it was quite fun and the more of these exercises you do, the better you get with Illustrator. If you plan to replicate an image using the program and want to achieve pinpoint result, please for got sake, don’t use the tracer! With the Manga style out the way, it’s time to collaborate with some Marvel characters!
